Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Develop efficient layouts and workflows to maximize space and productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet targets and standards.
• Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed.
• Operate and manage warehouse equipment safely.
• Coordinate with transportation teams for outbound and inbound goods.
• Implement quality control measures throughout warehousing and distribution.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
