Job summary

BD in Nogales is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support inventory control and logistics operations at the MEX Nogales South site. The role involves supervising activities, coordinating raw material handling, and ensuring compliance with procedures to maintain efficient, cost-effective processes.

The candidate should have inventory control or warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and preferably at least one year in a supervisory role at a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Inventory control or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Computer skills are required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources according to service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures for position and subordinates.
• Report and follow up on receiving issues.
• Prepare daily inventory reports of trailers in the plant.
• Coordinate trailer movements with raw material.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and timely delivery of raw material samples.
• Coordinate material delivery between companies (Intercompany).
• Resolve discrepancies in material containers and labeling.
• Support Accounting in Payable Accounts for raw material invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area (5S).
• Suggest and follow up on improvements for the area.
• Oversee Kanban receipts and deliveries.
• Coordinate RTV shipment preparation and MDN dispositions.
• Participate in inventory discrepancy research and cycle count settlements.
• Attend urgent receiving and delivery of materials.
• Communicate with customers to improve service quality.
• Address customer complaints per Incidence Reports.
• Ensure training of subordinates is up-to-date.
• Attend maintenance of the Document Retention Area.
• Report and follow up on material handling equipment breakdowns.
• Oversee Recycling area operations and resource assignment.
• Coordinate information delivery to Traffic for material outlet sales.
• Participate in department and company meetings.
