UNICEF Mexico is seeking a Senior Fund Raising Associate (Legacy) to lead the development, promotion, and administration of the Legacy Giving Program, ensuring sustainable fundraising income through bequests and planned giving. The role liaises with donors, internal teams, and external partners to raise awareness and deliver a high-quality legacy experience.

The post reports to UNICEF Mexico’s Individual Giving team and collaborates with High Value and Communications units to establish and grow

Competenze

• Proven ability to develop and implement fundraising plans aligned with programme objectives.
• Demonstrated capacity to establish and monitor fundraising objectives, metrics and KPIs.
• Experience managing donor engagement and stewardship activities.

Mansioni

• Define the Legacy program strategy and work plan; identify prospects.
• Set campaign objectives, metrics, and monitoring approaches.
• Advise donors on legal/technical aspects of legacies and bequests.
• Maintain accurate donor records and timely communications.
