Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement professional for Spellman Plant 4. The role leads transformation projects, improves processes, and drives operational excellence in a high‑voltage manufacturing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years in Lean/CI, with strong project management, ERP/MES familiarity, and English proficiency. This is a full‑time on-site role based in Matamoros.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
Strong knowledge of Lean tools and Root Cause Analysis.

Mansioni

Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and support functions.
Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean and data-driven decisions.
Facilitate VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis activities.
Drive productivity, quality, cost reduction, and lead-time improvements.
Manage cross-functional projects with charters, schedules, and milestones.
