Responsabilidades

• Lead FES deployment within the region to support Plant Improvement Plan execution.
• Coach Plant Management on FES system for autonomy.
• Drive change processes in plants emphasizing respect for FES and LEAN.
• Support supervisors in developing Standardized Work for operational performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering for optimization efforts.
• Participate in regional workshops for lean concepts and tools.
• Prepare and present strategic decisions for innovative processes.
