Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking an engineer to develop and maintain 2D and 3D workstation layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with production flow and plant constraints. The role involves specifying equipment for material presentation and performing field checks to verify layout accuracy.

You will support build events with build/installation drawings, participate in pilot builds, and apply lean principles to reduce waste while driving ergonomics and space utilization improvements

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D workstation layouts using AutoCAD aligned with production flow and plant constraints.
• Identify and specify equipment for material presentation on the layout.
• Perform field checks to identify monuments and confirm layout accuracy.
• Provide build and installation drawings to the build team.
• Participate in pilot builds and process validation to verify layout accuracy and resolve design issues.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on ergonomics, productivity, and space utilization.
• Maintain accurate station documentation, drawing revisions, and design change logs.
• Collaborate with the area lead to ensure the assigned plant area is ready to support build events.
