Daimler Truck AG is seeking a strategic bridge between senior management and shop-floor operations in Saltillo. You will drive continuous improvement through digitalization, data analysis, and coaching in Lean tools, ensuring KPIs and process adherence with on-time delivery.

You will leverage AI proficiency and Power BI for insights, deliver executive presentations, and work with cross-functional teams to standardize practices across plants. Strong B2 and bilingual capabilities are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades
