Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking a Software Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of JavaScript-based application frameworks and components.

You will analyze issues, optimize performance, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Vanilla JS, jQuery, REST APIs, SQL, and English communication at C1.

Formación

• Experience building web front-ends for data-driven apps.
• General web development with modern HTML/CSS/JS.
• Front-end integration with backend services via APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for JS frameworks and components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration.
• Optimize performance: speed, scalability, reliability.
• Stay updated on core tech stack and implement improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions.
• Contribute to technical docs and release notes.
• Assist in planning and executing software releases.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality and testing.
