Kohler Mexico Technical Center is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to lead the Vitreous Laboratory operations, drive LMS standardization, and support regional QA activities across laboratories.

This onsite role is based in Monterrey, NL, with travel as needed to regional facilities. The candidate will oversee testing programs, maintain equipment and documentation, and provide technical leadership to lab engineers and technicians while ensuring safety, quality, and audit readiness in compliance with

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline and 5+ years in testing or quality labs.
• Experience implementing LIMS and conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Vitreous Laboratory operations, testing activities, resources, safety, projects, and capital plan.
• Ensure the accuracy, traceability, compliance, and audit readiness of test data and reports.
• Coordinate and execute the Regional QA Laboratory Certification Program and LMS standardization.
