Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect AMTS to lead the design, development, and delivery of live product demonstrations for Salesforce's highest-profile events. You will own demos end-to-end from concept through delivery, often live on stage, engaging with leadership and executives.

You will architect multi-product demo flows, build demo environments, and collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Developers, and Designers to showcase the latest Salesforce capabilities at World Tour

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems
• Architect multi-product demo flows that tell compelling customer stories
• Create and manage Salesforce demo orgs (SDOs), Slack workspaces, and connected environments with proper data models, user personas, and integrations
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation to bring demo stories to life
• Build both real product implementations and creative workarounds when product constraints require it
• Establish and maintain reusable proof patterns that accelerate future demo builds
• Own demo technical readiness for keynote events including rehearsals, code freezes, and live show support
• Coordinate deployment timing and environment locks to ensure zero critical failures on stage
• Create Demo Setup Guides, clickpath documentation, and driving guides for speaker preparation
• Optimize display settings and UI treatments for large-venue legibility
• Support speakers during rehearsals and provide technical coaching on demo execution
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers and Designers within your working group to share ownership of demo success
• Build deep relationships with Salesforce product engineering teams to stay ahead of feature availability and timelines
• Coordinate with production teams on technical integration and timing
• Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders, especially for live demos
