Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to lead quality excursions and oversee QA from NPI to mass production. The role focuses on driving process improvement, developing QC plans, and reporting KPI to satisfy internal and customer quality targets.

The candidate will coach junior staff, manage supplier and process changes, and ensure compliance with ISO and IPC standards within a quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years in a similar quality role.
• Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and quality tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently and take effective actions on time.
• Oversee the product & material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for material, process, and product areas.
• Monitor and report quality KPI for internal and external customers.
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customer, Celestica and supplier.
• Develop and maintain internal quality system, procedures, and workmanship standards.
• Lead audits (process, product, supplier) and follow up on improvements.
