A leading BPO company in Tijuana seeks a marketing liaison to optimize lead generation efforts. This role involves coordinating between marketing and business development, managing HubSpot CRM, and planning events. Successful candidates will have a university degree, experience in lead generation marketing, and be proficient in HubSpot. The company offers a supportive work environment, health insurance, and additional paid days off after the initial 90 days.

Formación

Summary :

Help streamline our BPO lead sourcing efforts serving as liaison between the different internal Marketing areas (e.g., Digital, Content Creation, Design, etc.) and will coordinate the different field efforts (e.g., Event Marketing, etc.).

We use HubSpot for our lead generation and CRM strategy and are looking for someone knowledgeable in the tool.

Responsibilities :
  • Liaison between Confie Marketing team and Business Development
  • Will download lead information from different sources (Database, Forms, Events, etc.) and will transfer the information to HubSpot
  • Assign leads to sales managers and track performance to provide information to Marketing to improve lead quality
  • Create automations in HubSpot
  • Conduct event negotiations and plan and coordinate logistics
  • Create content when the Marketing team is not available
Required :
  • University / College Degree
  • Marketing in Lead Generation
  • HubSpot Marketing and Sales Suite
Language Level :
  • Advance English level
Computational Level :
  • Use of Office : Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.
