GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an engineer to transform customer requirements into the BOM for Generator Technology. You will bridge engineering, systems, quality, and process improvement to support successful customer project execution.

Responsibilities include BOM execution, quality standardization, and driving KPIs while implementing technical problem solutions and AI-enabled improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Aeronautic Manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with BOM execution, change management, ERP process knowledge.
• Effective written and oral communication in English and Spanish.

• Supports projects concerning Generator technology Bill of Materials creation.
• Contributes to quality, standardization, and system integration activities.
• Works to meet KPIs such as Say/Do Ratio, Quality Checks, Standard work creation and global metrics.
• Builds expertise quickly in technical product data, systems, and Configuration Management.
• Executes Bill of Material Tasks for Generator Technology.
• Collaborates with Global Technical Leaders and Senior Engineers on initiatives to improve OPS KPIs and priorities.
• Recommends tool enhancements (PALM deployment projects).
• Implements and leads solutions to technical problems.
• Embraces AI solutions to the team.

You will be at the intersection of engineering, systems, quality, and process improvement, while contributing to the successful execution of real customer projects.

• Supports projects concerning Generator technology Bill of Material creation.
• Contributes toquality, standardization, and system integration activities.
• Works to meet key KPIs such as: Say/Do Ratio, Quality Checks, Standard work creation and key team global metrics.
• Build expertise quickly intechnical product data, systems, and Configuration Management
• Executes Bill of Material Tasks for Generator Technology
• Collaborate with our Global Technical Leaders and Senior Engineers by supporting 1 or 2 initiatives to improve Operational KPIs and achieve Priorities and Breakthrough objectives (Quality, On Time Delivery, Versatility, etc.)
• Recommend tool enhancements (PALM deployment projects).
• Implement and lead the solution of technical problems.
• Embrace innovation through AI solutions to the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Aeronautic Manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• Bill of Materials execution, change management, ERP process knowledge.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
