A leading manufacturing firm in Nuevo León is looking for a Production Supervisor to manage safety, health, and productivity of the production team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage employee training. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering and experience in manufacturing. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Formación

• 4-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in Industrial, HVAC, Automotive, or Electrical Power Generation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production and operating workers.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct employee training for equipment operations.

Conocimientos

Manufacturing experience

Knowledge of MRP/ERP, ORACLE systems

Bilingual, English-Spanish

Lean manufacturing tools knowledge

Mechanical knowledge

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
