DXC Technology seeks a visionary Technical Leader to own architecture, modernization, and reliability of a homegrown enterprise platform serving hundreds of clients across multi-region deployments on AWS, Azure, and on-premises.

You will lead a global team of developers, define standards, drive AI-enabled enhancements, and partner with security, data, and platform ops to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining strong governance and security posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years software engineering and application development experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or engineering management.
• Experience leading software development teams in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain scalable, secure enterprise application architecture.
• Lead a team of developers across the delivery lifecycle.
• Modernize legacy VB.NET to C#, .NET 10, Blazor-based architecture.
• Oversee platform operations, reliability, and security.
