A global technology leader in Hermosillo, Sonora is looking for a Molding Engineer to provide guidance on manufacturing processes and lead projects. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, RJG MM1 certification, and expertise in process improvements. This role involves developing process documentation and improving operational KPIs while working within a diverse team environment.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a molding engineer.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Ability to lead projects and manage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams.
• Monitor and improve KPIs (OEE, Scrap, downtime).
• Train technical molding personnel on best practices.

Conocimientos

RJG MM1 certification or equivalent experience

Knowledge of SAP

Drawing software

Interpretation of product drawings

Intermediate/advanced English
