A dynamic real estate firm is looking for a Lead Manager to join their remote team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and managing leads through a CRM. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and phone skills, a metrics-driven mindset, and be team-oriented. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while significantly contributing to the company's success.

We are looking for a lead manager (Sales Associate) to join our team.

The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to support our Acquisitions team to win by speed, precision, and follow-through.

Position Title

Lead Manager — Real Estate

Shift: Remote • Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
  • Outbound call and talk to prospected leads
  • Qualify prospects using a clear framework
  • Overcome objections and book, confirm, and follow up on appointments for the Acquisitions team
  • Consistently nurture, manage, and organize leads with multi-touch using a CRM daily
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
  • Drive results by hitting weekly and monthly KPIs
You’re
  • Calm under pressure, coachable, metrics‑driven, and team‑oriented
  • Professional in attitude and possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Strong communicator (oral and written) and enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Extremely strong phone skills and comfortable on the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM technology and you love organized pipelines and clean data
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
