Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician and help ensure optimal equipment performance and maintenance across our facilities. You will collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to drive solutions that support safe, reliable manufacturing of critical scientific and medical products.

The role requires 4 years in manufacturing engineering or related fields, strong knowledge of injection molding, GMP/GEP compliance, and the ability to mentor

Formación

• 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience with calibration, preventive maintenance, and GMP/GEP compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentoring technicians.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls when needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs across facilities.
• Resolve complex technical issues with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GEP and regulatory requirements.
