Capital One in Mexico City is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack to guide a portfolio of distributed microservices and frontend/backend systems. You will mentor engineers, align technical strategy with product goals, and deliver cloud-native solutions that support financial services at scale.

The role requires 4+ years in software engineering, strong English, and hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced English fluency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that meet regulatory needs.
• Mentor engineers, stay current with tech trends, and participate in technology communities.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of users.
• Utilize JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools.
