AgileEngine in Monterrey seeks a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product built with Flutter. The role focuses on greenfield development, translating product needs into engineering tasks while collaborating with AI-assisted tools to ensure high-quality results.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Flutter experience, can lead solo product efforts, and is eager to learn related technologies such as C++ and CI/CD within a modern, fast-paced environment.
Formación
- Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills with at least 3 years of experience.
- Ability to lead greenfield product development and be the single engineer on the product.
- Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions.
- Ability to supervise AI-assisted development and review generated code to verify outcomes.
- Willingness to learn outside the primary stack including C++ and CI/CD.
Responsabilidades
- Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.
- Drive greenfield implementation, turning product needs into manageable engineering tasks.
- Develop the product using Flutter and build understanding of surrounding iOS and low-level technology context.
- Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and supervised use of AI tools.
- Use Claude Code in daily development while ensuring correctness and quality of implementations.
- Contribute to build and delivery workflows when required.
