The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in fabrication, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fabrication of parts for our prefab homes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of team members.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor the use of materials to reduce waste and optimize resources.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Oversee employee training and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication and production, preferably in the construction or automotive industries.
• Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with various materials, including metals and wood.
• Demonstrated proficiency in welding and machining.
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a production environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
