Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in chemistry or allied field.
• Experience in a chemical laboratory or GMP environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (national and international).
• Familiarity with process technology and chemical reactions, including catalysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for synthesis of new drugs or improving chemical processes for production units.
• Manage procurement of chemical precursors and materials for projects.
• Design and conduct experimental trials for drug synthesis and process optimization under GMP.
• Scale up laboratory trials to Plant I and transfer to production units.
• Prepare and update GMP/GDP documents and process change controls.
• Prepare regulatory documentation for submission to health authorities.
