• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Python Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal or Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and stored procedures.
• Experience designing and migrating data pipelines using tools like Talend or Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teammates and align with stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Lead Data Engineer (Python), you will spearhead the design and optimization of robust data pipelines while guiding engineering talent to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will serve as a key technical champion, aligning complex operational requirements with scalable backend architecture.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
