Intel is seeking a Lead Cloud Software Development Engineer to drive architecture, development, validation, and deployment of cloud-scale fleet diagnostics and health monitoring for Xeon server platforms. The role emphasizes leadership across architecture, platform validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering in a dynamic, on-site environment in Mexico (Guadalajara).

The fixed-term position spans ~24 months, with emphasis on scalable, data-driven health solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software development experience including C/C++ and Python.
• 3+ years leading software architecture, cross-functional engineering, and cloud infra.
• Advanced English proficiency and unrestricted legal right to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and development of screening software for fleet health initiatives.
• Define technical direction and roadmaps for cloud-scale telemetry, health monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Design scalable platforms for fleet operations, deployment readiness, reliability analytics, and quality initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional execution across architecture, validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across software architecture, diagnostics, telemetry, and platform health domains.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deploy fleet health capabilities across Intel Xeon platforms.
• Lead root-cause investigations and scalable screening methodologies for validation and customer environments.
