In this role, you will lead and mentor a distributed engineering team while actively contributing to code development, shaping both the technical and cultural foundation of the product. You will architect, design, and build scalable SaaS solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant software. Balancing leadership with hands‑on execution, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver a user‑centric experience. Accountabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a distributed team of developers, fostering high performance and accountability
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and production‑grade C#/.NET SaaS applications
  • Contribute hands‑on to coding, code reviews, and setting technical standards for the team
  • Drive agile development practices, including sprint planning, CI/CD, and continuous delivery
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Represent engineering in leadership discussions and cross‑functional decision‑making
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and security
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, focused on C#/.NET
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership, team lead, or player/coach role
  • Proven experience managing remote and outsourced engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud-based systems
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical execution with business goals
  • Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with deep technical involvement
Nice to Have
  • Experience in data protection, backup, and recovery solutions
  • Familiarity with Product‑Led Growth (PLG) tools or strategies
