Clarios in Monterrey, MX seeks an electronics technical specialist to own electronics design, testing, and verification across multiple energy storage product areas with minimal guidance. You will apply automotive embedded electronics expertise to solve complex problems and lead interfaces with other departments while ensuring cost and schedule accountability.

Formación

• BSEE required, accredited four-year college or university.
• 5–9 years of professional engineering experience in a related field.
• OE automotive / Tier 1 embedded electronics design experience.
• Full lifecycle automotive electronics experience (required).
• Experience with requirement management tools.
• Experience with Li-Ion battery management (desired).

Responsabilidades

• Own electronics design, testing, and verification to ensure all requirements and development processes are satisfied.
• Apply automotive embedded electronics expertise to solve complex problems.
• Manage interfaces with other departments and present technical results.
• Take on expanded technical leadership, with accountability for product cost and schedule.
• Review customer specifications and establish product electrical requirements.
• Perform requirement analysis and validation planning per ASPICE processes, with minimal guidance.
• Design verification activities and documentation per safety standards.
• Create hardware designs across analog, digital, microcontroller architectures, and power supplies.
• Define test setups and execute tests for electrical circuits and components.
• Develop supplier relationships to deliver components to specification.
• Assist in design for manufacturability (DFM) and participate in project teams.
