A leading automotive manufacturer in Saltillo is seeking a launch manager to ensure quality and continuous improvement in the assembly process. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in quality and manufacturing, with a strong background in process administration specific to the automotive industry. This position requires the ability to manage multiple teams and lead projects effectively while integrating with engineering and corporate teams.

Formación

• 8 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing or process development.
• Experience on process administration for automotive industry.
• Ability to lead different teams and coordinate across multiple shops.

as launch manager you should Ensure the quality and the continouos improvement at the assembly process, supporting in the accomplishment of the KPI and SPW implementation. This position requires to manage all the systems to integrate the new products to the production line, focused on quality, safety, cycle time and productivity, with the best cost. ensuring since the paper the best option for product and plant perspective.

Basic Requirement

8 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing or process development, lead and project administrator, others.

Embraces and appreciates competition, demonstrates energy to deliver, act with integrity and respect, and keep things at their simplest and most innovative.

Preferred Requirements

• experience on process administration for automotive industry is required, this person should know our internal systems as engineering changes, stv, mqgr, quality, broadcast, scheduling, materials, and stamping shop, BIW shop, paint shop, TCF shop a applying SPW..
• should be a lead for the different teams to support and follow different programs at the same time on different shops as BIW, PAINT and TCF. integrating plant people with Engineering teams at Santa Fe and CTC, corporate teams or supplier teams too.
• Understand the Automotive Manufacturing Standards and Federal Automotive Regulations.
