The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in operations, particularly in injection molding or metal stamping. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and communication are essential. This onsite position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for community engagement and recognition programs.

• Project planning experience in automotive products is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Create project timelines and manage deliverables until safe launch.
• Assist Project Managers in managing assigned projects.
• Support preparation of APQP documents and track deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet timelines.
• Track machine utilization and identify gaps for new equipment purchases.
• Manage production line transfers to Zacatecas.
• Support BOM creation and evaluate product P&L.
• Ensure compliance with SGC, SGA, CSR, and legal requirements.

Location: Zacatecas, Mexico (onsite)

As our next Launch Engineer, you’ll be part of the Launch/Project Management team supporting manufacturing operations to deliver automotive and industrial parts. You will ensure all project deliverables meet timelines, business objectives, and customer requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create project timelines and manage deliverables until safe launch
• Assist Project Managers in managing assigned projects
• Support preparation of APQP documents and track deliverables with CFT
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet timelines and budgets
• Track machine utilization and identify gaps for new equipment purchases
• Manage production line transfers from other sites to Zacatecas
• Support BOM creation and evaluate product P&L
• Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
• Ensure compliance with SGC, SGA, CSR, and legal requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Electrical preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in operations related to injection molding or metal stamping
• Project planning experience in automotive products is an advantage
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Proficient in spoken and written English
