Job summary

HP in Mexico offers an opportunity for a Latin America Market Finance Analyst to manage end-to-end P&L, analyze variances, and build forecasting models. You will lead cross-functional discussions with Sales, Category and Regional Finance, and ensure accurate reflection of performance.

The role requires a finance degree, experience in more than one finance function, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Typically, 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Experience in more than one finance function.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end P&L management.
• P&L results analysis (variances vs forecast and narratives).
• Forecasting models: flash, annual budget, outlook.
• Month end close activities.
• Accurately reflect the performance of the business.
• Full analysis of Revenue, Costs and Controllable Margin.
• Produce profitability reports by business, region, and/or product segment to drive improvements.
• Business meetings with Sales, Category and Regional Finance.
• Active role in projects to analyze feasibility and provide recommendations.
• Reporting, metrics, and results consolidation.
• Assure the processes compliance with AFM.
