POP MART, a global leader in trend culture, seeks a South America Tax Manager to own end-to-end tax compliance and strategy across the Latin American footprint. Based in Mexico, you will partner with the global tax centre, local finance, commercial teams and external advisers to optimize regional tax outcomes.

You will build on deep local knowledge of LATAM tax regimes, coordinate cross-border tax planning for e-commerce and offline operations, and drive ongoing improvements while supporting

Formación

• 4–8 years of substantive professional experience in Latin American taxation.
• Fluent professional English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and meticulous work ethic.
• Experience with local tax operations, declarations and compliance in LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end LATAM tax compliance and tax strategy for POP MART.
• Collaborate with global tax centre, local finance, commercial teams and advisors.
• Manage cross-border tax planning for e-commerce and offline operations.
• Coordinate external tax service providers and monitor regional policy changes.
• Identify risks and implement improvements to regional tax policies.
