A global agricultural company is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment strategies and processes in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced English proficiency. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with key stakeholders, and driving diversity projects. Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
  • Advanced English level is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

  • Drive and own the talent strategy within the assigned area.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various business areas.
  • Develop and execute Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Bring market insights to elevate best practices.
  • Work with stakeholders on Talent Acquisition needs.
