A global technology company in Mexico is seeking a LATAM SAP Business One Lead to support implementations and manage ERP operations across LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP processes, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and experience in project management. This role requires oversight of SAP B1 instances, coordination with IT and business teams, and a commitment to high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Strong understanding of ERP processes and experience leading process mapping workshops.
• Experience leading IT projects and managing documentation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the rollout of new SAP B1 instances across LATAM.
• Act as interface between business users and IT for effective communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on SAP B1 process enhancements.
• Manage support tickets and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with audit controls and security protocols.
