A leading renewable energy company is seeking an HR Assistant for LATAM. This role focuses on supporting HR processes including onboarding and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR administration experience, proficiency in Workday, and strong problem-solving skills. Formación

What you'll do

As an HR Assistant for LATAM, you will provide a responsive, consistent, and forward-thinking HR service to LATAM employees.

You will get to dive into the heart of HR and assist with onboarding, employee and labour relations, performance management and policy implementation.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with LATAM HR Business Partner to ensure scalable and responsive processes for employee lifecycle management, creating tools, templates, and resources for consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain, and explain existing HR policies, procedures, and programs to new and existing employees.
  • Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition into and out of the organization.
  • Assist with tracking employee leaves, separations, and terminations as needed.
  • Accurately maintain, track and update employee data within Workday and other HR systems and creating ad hoc reports as required.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparation of general letters (i.e., employment verification, transfer / promotion)
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and changes in Human Resources.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledgeable of HR processes, systems, and policies; ideally experienced with Benefits / Human Resources / Payroll.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) as well as HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
  • Prior experience in the renewables industry is highly desirable.
