A leading renewable energy company is seeking an HR Assistant for LATAM. This role focuses on supporting HR processes including onboarding and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR administration experience, proficiency in Workday, and strong problem-solving skills. As an HR Assistant for LATAM, you will provide a responsive, consistent, and forward-thinking HR service to LATAM employees.
You will get to dive into the heart of HR and assist with onboarding, employee and labour relations, performance management and policy implementation.
