The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local labour laws, oversee accurate payroll submissions, and drive process improvements. Candidates should possess a degree in HR or Accounting and have 7-10 years of experience in payroll management. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being a plus.
