XDOF seeks a hands-on leader to drive LATAM data acquisition from Mexico and Brazil. You will own ground operations, expand the data collection network, and ensure high-quality data through robust SOPs.

This role requires travel, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to translate complex data specs into practical field workflows. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in field ops or hardware-enabled startups, fluency in local languages, and a builder mindset willing to operate in unstructured

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience managing field operations, growth, or ground execution for tech/platforms.
• Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing SME partnerships and vendor networks.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Data collection scene expansion: build pipeline of data collection venues and access points.
• Team Building & Management: recruit, train, and manage data collection teams; establish SOPs.
• Efficiency Optimization: monitor offline data to optimize workflows and staffing.
• Hardware management: deploy, maintain, and calibrate data collection hardware.
• Operational Optimization and Feedback: document market learnings as SOPs/playbooks.
