Loadsmart Inc. in Mexico City (Remote) is seeking a talented Marketing Demand Generation Manager to drive LATAM go-to-market from a remote setup. You will own the demand-gen strategy, build the full-funnel engine, and collaborate with US teams to localize content for the LATAM market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing in LATAM, a data-driven approach, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role offers competitive salary and equity with remote flexibility.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM with a real understanding of local buyer behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand-generation strategy end-to-end, setting direction and executing against pipeline and growth targets.
• Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data and results.
• Work hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, directing execution in partnership with dedicated US-based channel counterparts.
• Adapt and produce content articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
• Partner with the Mexico SaaS Sales team to build the go-to-market execution plan and stand up the demand-generation pipeline.
• Bring competitive intelligence and market insight on local buyer behavior and the media landscape to sharpen the GTM strategy.
• Reprioritize quickly as the business shifts, owning outcomes with a roll-up-the-sleeves mindset.
