Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking an outstanding Compliance Specialist to support LATAM regulatory and compliance programs. You will partner with the Ethics & Compliance team and regional stakeholders to drive programs, monitor controls, and ensure alignment with Cisco policies and local laws.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in ethics and compliance at a global company, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to scale operations and drive data‑based

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent.
5+ years at a global company crafting and operating ethics and compliance programs and internal controls including gifts, travel, entertainment, conflicts of interest, risk assessment, third party management, mergers and acquisitions.
Expertise with compliance software, data analytics, dashboards, and automation.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead regional compliance operations to align with global and local regulations and Cisco policies.
Drive programs and processes to mitigate risk and enable ethical decision‑making.
Scale ethics and compliance operations through automation and AI for regional impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to embed Cisco principles of visibility and accountability.
