Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our LATAM team. The Compensation & Benefits Sr Specialist will be responsible for providing expert support to the compensation and benefits function, ensuring effective implementation of regional programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain salary structures, job leveling, and pay bands aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Participate in and analyze market salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon) to define pay positioning by country and job family, and provide recommendations to HR and business leaders on salary adjustments and incentive design.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, promotions, and variable pay processes.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to ensure salary competitiveness and compliance with internal policies.
- Evaluate, propose, and manage employee benefit programs (health insurance, savings funds, food vouchers, pensions, etc.) ensuring competitiveness and fiscal efficiency.
- Coordinate the administration, renewal, and enrollment of employee benefits across countries; monitor utilization and costs to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure full adherence to local labor, social security, and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits. Support audits, internal controls, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Update and document compensation policies and procedures for the LATAM region.
- Develop regular reports and insights for management (Head of HR, Finance, and Regional President). Track compensation KPIs (pay equity, turnover, benefit cost per FTE, etc.) to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with local brokers and vendors for renewals, negotiations, and employee communications. Monitor benefit utilization and cost efficiency to align with budget targets.
- Maintain regional dashboards and key compensation indicators (e.g., compa-ratio, pay-mix, turnover cost, SG&A vs. revenue ratios).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and quantitative skills, advanced Excel and data management abilities, and knowledge of local labor and tax legislation in the LATAM region.

Profile of the ideal candidate
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel and data management (Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of local labor and tax legislation LATAM (Mexico, Chile, Colombia, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
