A global brokerage firm is seeking a Sales Support professional based in Pampanga, Philippines, to assist in developing and executing sales strategies for agricultural products and FX derivatives. The role involves supporting senior sales professionals, monitoring commodity markets, and ensuring strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of agricultural commodities and be fluent in English and Spanish, with a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Formación

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Experience in sales or financial services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of agricultural commodities like corn and wheat is important.

Responsabilidades

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies for agricultural products and derivatives.
  • Support senior sales professionals in identifying new business opportunities and prospects in Grains and Oilseeds markets.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and timely records of all interactions.
  • Assist in preparing market research, pricing reports, and sales materials for clients.
  • Monitor agricultural commodity markets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and executing contracts, ensuring compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (traders, analysts, and risk management) to ensure efficient execution of client orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Knowledge of agricultural commodities (corn, oilseeds, wheat, etc.).
  • Previous experience in sales, trading, derivatives,or financial services is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events.
