The role involves conducting due diligence, verifying customer information, and ensuring compliance with AML regulations. Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in KYC/AML, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations.
• Familiarity with crypto products and blockchain monitoring.
• Experience with compliance platforms required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct due diligence and monitor transactions.
• Validate customer documentation for compliance.
• Assist in preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Collaborate with Compliance team for audits.
• Support implementation of KYC/AML procedures.

Conocimientos

Experience in KYC, AML, or compliance

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency in Spanish

Educación

Certification in AML or compliance

Herramientas

Compliance platforms (ComplyAdvantage, Onfido)

Blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs)
