Veritiv is seeking a Regional Kitting Manager to lead and standardize kitting, light assembly, labeling, and value-added services across multiple Mexico operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Inventory Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, and EHS to develop scalable processes, manage internal and third-party partners, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires 5–7 years of leadership in manufacturing, kitting, or CI initiatives, with strong knowledge of ERP/WMS

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience leading manufacturing, kitting, or value-added production.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, BOMs, ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers or contract partners.
• Lean/Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; travel required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

The Regional Kitting Manager is responsible for leading and standardizing kitting, light assembly, labeling, and value-added services across multiple operations in Mexico. This role ensures all production activities are performed safely, efficiently, and profitably while meeting customer quality, delivery, and cost expectations.

The Regional Kitting Manager partners closely with Operations, Sales, Inventory Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, and EHS to develop scalable production processes, manage internal and third-party manufacturing partners, and support business growth through continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications / Knowledge And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience leading manufacturing, kitting, assembly, or value-added production operations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, BOMs, ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience working with third-party manufacturers or contract manufacturing partners.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience evaluating operational costs and profitability.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel to the various divisions within the Group required
