Job Description

• Engineering Manager will lead and manage the Engineering Department ensuring operational excellence process optimization and implementation of advanced technologies.
• This position plays a critical role developing people driving innovation and aligning engineering strategies with Dekko's Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance safety quality delivery and cost performance.
• Lead train and develop the Engineering team.
• Design implement and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency quality and repeatability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation drawings flow charts PFMEA work instructions visual aids.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and maximize asset utilization.
• Coordinate and control Engineering Change Notices ECNs and process deviations ensuring timely implementation and communication across departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.
• Define operational metrics and objectives that drive plant performance labor efficiency scrap reduction OPEX initiatives capacity studies etc.
• Ensure overall equipment and production efficiency.
• Develop and execute annual production plans.
• Align people materials and capabilities with customer requirements.
• Ensure process quality and compliance with international standards.
• Promote talent development and team engagement.
• Manage budgets and actively participate in leadership meetings.
• Reinforce the company's mission and long-term objectives through effective communication.
