A multinational company is seeking a Key Account Export specialist to analyze the supply chain and improve cost efficiency. The role involves managing export documentation and coordinating logistics for transportation. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of health regulations related to exports, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model based in Cuernavaca, Morelos.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate to ensure that all export projects have the corresponding export certificates.
  • Ensure the placement of units at the different maquiladoras for transportation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cost-saving projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for the provision of resources for pallet transportation.
  • Generate reports to measure expenses, inventories, movements, and resources.

Conocimientos

Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos

Terms & Conditions: Full time. Hybrid scheme. No relocation is needed.

Job Purpose

This role exists to analyze the supply chain to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements; additionally, prepare, compile, submit, and track all documentation required for export certificates with COFEPRIS, ensuring it is complete and correct to avoid delays or rejections; provide expert guidance on the requirements applicable to each process; and help clients understand and comply with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management before Cofepris: Coordinate to ensure that all export projects have the corresponding export certificates and good practice certificates as applicable for each country, thereby guaranteeing registration at each destination so that the goods can be freely marketed.
  • Primary Freight: Ensure the placement of units at the different maquiladoras and Unilever plants for the transportation of goods to the export center, managing the entire logistics chain from order creation, unit placement, transportation, and receipt of the product at the warehouse.
  • Savings: Lead the development and implementation of cost‑saving projects for the International Logistics area.
  • Pallet Supply: Coordinate with suppliers for the provision of resources, for the subsequent placement of units for pallet transportation, ensuring supply at the different maquiladoras and Unilever plants.
  • Business Reports: Generate various reports that allow the measurement of expenses, inventories, movements, and resources belonging to International Logistics.
