FYTEInternational HeadHunting Firm is looking for a Key Account Manager for a Healthcare Company based in Mexico City.

The key account manager is responsible of lead the commercial relations with the private market customers, the KAM Manages the public market purchase process and ensure the availability of the product in the channel. The key account manager will also seek opportunities new business from existing customers and will develop new relationships in insurance companies and hospitals.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and develop strategic plan based on potential value of account, analyses of the current portfolio of products sold and Business Units / Marketing objectives.

Collaborate with the Business Unit multifunctional team to oversee public market closely throughout the permanent evaluation and identification of new business opportunities and proactively recommend / deploy courses of action, which would ensure access goals and generate options to satisfy objectives.

Document the operations with position papers and customer contracts. Review and elevate situation to manage the business under the local laws and compliance.

Support the orders reception and logistics of the product.

Follow up the sales and update the business units on the commercial market situation.

Agree on internal compromises and dates of implementation with the business unit Team and oversee their implementation.

Monitor competition and market trends, calculating potential impact and vulnerability of the account.

Understand and identify customers’ operational and strategic needs and align which Strategic Solution / Value Proposition will be implemented

Present a business review of the private market.

Requirements

Experience in sales at least 5 years and territory analysis and negotiation with strategic customers

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred

Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.

Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts

Ability to manage more than one client account

Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
