Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Validation Engineer I to join our fast-growing team of consultants in the Ciudad Juárez area.

The role provides technical engineering support for validation activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and current regulatory requirements. You will assist in IQ protocol development, execution of validation activities, and preparation of validation reports within manufacturing and medical device environments, with opportunities to work with clients and present findings in

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or 1 year of experience in the medical industry.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience writing IQ validation protocols and validation reports.
• Ability to present to groups/clients.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Intermediate English (reading and writing) with basic conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for validations, may write IQ validation protocols, execute validation activities, and provide data to write completion reports for assigned validations.
• Ensure that assigned validation activities are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with current requirements and GMP.
• Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in basic validation skills, GMP, GDP.
• Responsible for the execution of validation, including the creation of forms to create calibration and preventive maintenance records.
• Good presentation skills before groups/clients.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Intermediate English level (reading and writing) with basic conversation skills.
