Bytecenture Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QA tester for localization and payment testing across iOS and Android platforms. You will evaluate competitive products, document issues, and deliver actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Mandarin is a plus; Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, on-site in Mexico City.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience in localization testing, payment testing, and competitive product evaluation on iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly identify, document, and communicate issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficient level).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
• Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct end-to-end localization testing for mobile apps on iOS and Android, covering download/update, registration/login, onboarding, core features, promotional campaigns, privacy compliance, network variability, and device compatibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Perform comprehensive payment testing across international channels, validating order processing, transaction visibility, and cancellation flows under various carrier and bank card scenarios.
• Evaluate competitive products on both platforms, analyzing functionality, network performance, and usability to identify market strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
• Record screen sessions as needed, systematically document bugs and anomalies, and track them through to resolution.
• Prepare detailed test reports with activity summaries and actionable recommendations, supporting continuous product improvement.
