Globaldev is seeking a Junior SAP SD Consultant in Mexico to support daily SAP SD operations, focusing on the OTC process and ensuring smooth order-to-cash cycles.

You will work on OTC configurations, pricing setup, and day-to-day user support, collaborating with developers on enhancements and system maintenance, while engaging with a team that values service orientation and clear communication.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SPRO).
• Good understanding of OTC processes at key-user level.
• Familiarity with Customer and Material Master Data and Pricing.
• Familiarity with LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• English — very good level, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support and train users on OTC processes in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing.
• Assist with pricing configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support.
• Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing new SAP SD features and enhancements.
• Support ongoing system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements.
