The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for team development. Responsibilities include leading store associates, managing operational procedures, and ensuring brand standards are met. The role offers either full-time or part-time status.

Formación

• Minimum 1 – 2 years retail experience or equivalent education.
• Must have flexible availability for store needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Customer First culture as a Leader on Duty.
• Communicate expectations and hold associates accountable.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by educating associates about loyalty programs.
• Train and develop the associate team.
