Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead CAPA for customer complaints, analyze data, and communicate trends to internal customers.

You will drive PFMEAs, develop measurement equipment for inspections, define control plans from warehouse to operations of raw materials, and oversee continuous improvement projects focused on quality and cost reductions. Medline is an equal opportunity employer.

• Lead and coordinate CAPA for customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Communicate quality issues, data trends to internal customers.
• Review PFMEAs to drive process improvements.
• Identify trends and focus on customer complaints and in-process non-conformances.
• Develop measurement equipment for component inspections.
• Define control plans for warehouse to operations delivery of raw materials.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on quality and cost reductions.
• Audit storage locations for accuracy and cleanliness; report results.
• Support GMP implementation and improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for Customer complaints, and process non-conformities.
• Communicate product quality issues, data analysis, trends, and/or other information to respective internal customers.
• Continual process reviews through PFMEAs documents.
• Develop processes to identify trends and focus on customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Develop and define measurement equipment to evaluate inspections.
• Define effective control plans for warehouse to operations delivery of raw materials’ processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on quality improvement and cost reductions.
• Perform periodic audits of storage locations and communicate results with warehouse personnel.
• Support GMP implementations and improvements.
