DXC Technology is seeking a motivated Jr. .NET Core Engineer to join our Applications team in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will contribute to enterprise-scale backend services and REST APIs using modern Microsoft technologies within an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will learn and apply best practices including Clean Architecture, SOLID, DI, and CI/CD while collaborating with DevOps, QA, and Product Owners to deliver robust software solutions.

Formación

• Knowledge of C# and .NET development.
• Understanding of OOP concepts.
• Basic experience developing or working with REST APIs.
• Understanding of controllers, services, and business logic separation.
• Familiarity with LINQ and data manipulation techniques.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and Dependency Injection concepts.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative source-control workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• General understanding of backend application architecture.
• Professional English communication skills for collaboration in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET.
• Deliver assigned development tasks and fixes through Jira or similar platforms.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs following enterprise standards.
• Build data-access solutions using LINQ and OOP principles.
• Follow Clean Architecture guidelines and separation of concerns.
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns for maintainable code.
• Utilize .NET DI and manage service lifetimes.
• Test and debug API functionality with Postman and related tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and understand CI/CD concepts.
